Yes – we will change the broken or shattered screens in all Surface models (Pro, Go, Laptop, Book). In case the touch layer or LCD is damaged, we will change the complete display assembly. We normally keep parts and will get it repaired on the same day or within one business day.

Minor repairs (screen replacements, battery replacements) can take 2–4 hours if parts are in stock. More labour-intensive work (logic board repairs, water-damage repairs) may require 13 days, depending on the extent of the damage and part availability.

Yes – we do board-level diagnostics and repairs. We will open the device, test the power circuits, and check to see if there is any damage. We will then assess if it needs to be repaired or replaced. When it is not salvageable, we will let you know.

Yes, but timing is critical. In case your Surface has been subjected to liquid, you must bring it in as soon as possible. We will test, dry, and clean it. Depending on the level of damage, some of its parts might require replacement.
