Add Customer

Service Agreement:-

                                       A. Erepair N Spares agrees to provide repair services for phones and computers as requested by the customer. 

                                       B. The customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the repair services provided by Erepair N Spares.

Repair Process:- 

                                     A. Erepair N Spares will make every effort to diagnose and repair the phone or computer within the agreed-upon timeframe. 

                                     B. In some cases, additional repairs or replacement parts may be required, and the customer will be notified of any changes to the initial repair                                                          estimate. 

                                     C. Erepair N Spares cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up                                              their data prior to availing our services.

Warranty:- 

                                    A. Erepair N Spares provides a warranty on repairs and replacement parts for a specific period as mentioned on the invoice. 

                                    B. The warranty covers the repaired/replaced part only and does not extend to any other issues that may arise after the repair. 

                                    C. The warranty is void if the device has been tampered with, repaired by another party, or subjected to physical damage or liquid exposure. 

                                    D. Phone screens are delicate and fragile, even a slight fall may cause cracks or bleeding. Broken screens can be an issue we encounter in daily life. We                                           won’t be able to cover the repair under warranty if found bleeding LCD, green lines, and blackout LCD.

Limitations of Warranty:- 

                                   A. We do not warranty issues on a device outside of the repaired function. All warranty claims must be brought back to us for assessment, any                                                            diagnostic performe elsewhere will void the warranty. 

                                   B. Refunds will only be issued if the repair does not remedy the original issue and we are able to remove our parts. Due to safety and e-Waste protocols,                                         we cannot reinstall the original part.

Exclusions:- 

                                   A. Warranty is not applicable for a physically damaged or liquid damaged device. 

                                   B. If you have any issue with the device being fixed, you need to report the issue to us within three days of the repair. After three days, normal charges                                                will apply. The issue/problem has to be related to the repair. We won’t entertain issues outside of the repair.

Device Storage Policy:- 

                                   A. We expect the customer to collect the device within 30 days after the quote or repaired acknowledgment from Erepair N Spares. 

                                   B. If the device has not been collected within 30 days, then Erepair N Spares holds the right to recycle the device and is not liable to any client or third                                                party. 

                                    C. Devices submitted for repair that are not paid for within 30 days will be disposed of or sold to cover our costs.

By availing our phone and computer repair services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions set forth by Erepair N Spares.
